Questions about Klips

If something in Klips doesn't work as you expect, tell us:

• the email address you use to sign in to Klips
• the Riot ID connected to your account
• what you did and what happened
• for a check or a clip, the address of the page (it starts with https://app.klips.live/)

Plus, cancelling and withdrawing

Plus is not on sale yet. Once it is, you cancel it on your account page. You can also cancel or withdraw by email. Any clear message is enough. It helps us find your account quickly if you write from the email address you use to sign in to Klips and add your Riot ID. Our terms explain cancelling, and they explain withdrawing too.

Your data

On your account page you can download your account data and delete your account yourself. For anything else about your data, email us and say what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, a pause in how we use it, or an objection. Add what we need to find your data: the email address you use to sign in, a Riot ID, or a Twitch channel.

We answer within one month. Our privacy policy lists your rights.

If you stream on Twitch

Stream on Twitch and don't want to be in Klips? Email us with the name of your channel (the part after twitch.tv/). You don't have to give a reason.

Klips then stops looking for your channel, stops showing it and stops linking any Riot ID to it. Our privacy policy says exactly what happens.

So that nobody can remove a channel that isn't theirs, we may ask you to show that the channel is yours. Then we send you a short code, you put it in your channel's About section for a moment, and we check it there.

If you played in a match and don't want to be in Klips

Email us your Riot ID (name and tag, for example Name#TAG). You don't have to give a reason. Our privacy policy says what happens next.

Reporting misuse or illegal content

Tell us if someone uses Klips to follow a streamer during a match, to harass anyone, or with a Riot ID that isn't theirs. Tell us too if you find something on Klips that you think is illegal. Please include:

• the exact web address where it is, if there is one
• what happened, or why you think it is illegal
• your name and email address (you can leave these out if your report is about child sexual abuse material)
• a sentence saying that you believe your report is accurate and complete

We confirm that we got your report. Then we tell you what we decided and how you can challenge the decision.

What we do with your message

We use your message only to answer it and to handle your request. Our privacy policy says how long we keep it.
